The staff could not have been more helpful & friendly.
Unfortunately, my shower experience was less than ideal. The shower curtain frequently clung to me. The noise from neighboring rooms was distracting .

An excellent location, especially for a single woman. On a budget, the hotel is exactly what I needed and expected. The staff were friendly, breakfast adequate, room a bit dark, but quiet. I would certainly go back (in fact I was going to but couldn't get back due to train strike). I have recommended it to residents outside the city who come in for the opera.

Lots of options, cheap food. Fabulous, bright unit with separate toilet and aircon. Great and fab location, relatively near a medieval basilica👌

A cozy stay by the historic plaza
The hotel's central location made our morning walks to Place du Capitole good. Staff provided great recommendations for local eateries.
The bathroom setup was awkward, with only a shower curtain dividing it from the room. The shower space was cramped.

The location is great!
The walls are very thin. I could hear other peoples alarms going off in the morning.

Location was excellent - very central. Rooms were clean and adequate. Staff were very helpful especially when there was an error with our booking. The error was made by the hotel but was resolved to our satisfaction fairly quickly.

This place boasts a perfect location near the historic square in Toulouse. I loved how close it was to the river and the vibrant atmosphere of the area, all within walking distance. The staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast offered a good variety with fresh croissants, boiled eggs, and yogurt, nice, although I noticed they had a limited selection of savory options. My room was compact but clean. The shower was a bit small, and the shower curtain kept sticking to me while using it. I appreciated the ability to store my luggage on the day of checkout, made my plans much easier. This hotel is a gem but could benefit from upgrading their bathrooms to enhance guest comfort.

It is a perfect location in the city. Not noisy at all but close enough to anything that there is to see in Toulouse. 3 minutes from the central Capitole.
The frame of the bed and the additinal furniture were not so clean. But sheets and bathroom were very clean.

The kindness of reception, handsome and very helpful. They were always willing to help and to facilitate. And they didn't make any difficulty to change my room for a better one for the same price.
First I was given a horrible room, floor was dirty, room was very small and dark, bathroom was prehistorical. So I asked them to change the room, which they accepted. They gave me a better one (better category), which was better, but still not at today's normal standards (lights were missing, and bathroom and toilets were very old).

Plenty of FRESH food at breakfast time. Very clean bed, airy room with multi-channel television, ironing facilities and a study table. Unbeatable location, a short walk to everywhere.

It was very central for all the shops, resturants, museums, river trips
The" bathroom " had no door or curtain to seperate it from the room, and it also had the kind of toilet that has a pump to flush which is unpleasent to use (we have seen these in other hotels in France)Luckily there was a proper toilet down the corridor. We were supposed to be in a superior room, and their was no airconditioning thow this was not a proplem

The location is convenient with shops just around the corner and close to two metro stations. We enjoyed strolling around the nearby Place du Capitole, perfect for drinks and breakfast. Our stay with our young baby was comfortable overall.
In my wife's opinion, the bathroom could be improved significantly for families.
